Do you take insurance?

MFB_THERAPY is currently in-network with BCBS PPO. If your insurance plan offers reimbursements for out-of-network providers, we can provide you with receipts of services. Call the Member Services number on the back of your insurance card and inquire:

• Eligibility and Benefits for Mental Health or Behavioral Health Coverage

• Deductible, Copay, or Coinsurance

• Does your insurance cover a Telehealth session?

Do you offer Sliding Scale Services?

MFB_THERAPY does not offer sliding scale services at this time.

Do you provide online therapy?

Yes, MFB_THERAPY provides telehealth services as a potential option for residents of Illinois. Please confirm with your insurance if they cover online therapy services.

• Please Note:

  • Telehealth services may not be appropriate in all circumstances, or for all clients. Telehealth services are not suitable for all clients due to factors such as Age and Clinical Concerns, including:

    • Young Children

    • Elderly with Cognitive Impairments

    • Acute Emergencies

• Please Note:

  • Telehealth services should not replace In-Person sessions as our In-Person therapy time slots are extremely limited.

  • Telehealth services are only offered on certain days/times.

  • Telehealth services are offered at therapist’s discretion.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

• Any appointment not cancelled before 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged $100 for the missed appointment.

• No-Shows will be charged $100 for the missed appointment.

• Clients will lose their recurring appointment time slot after 3 or more consecutive cancellations.

• Repeated late cancellations will result in termination of services.
